What made you choose Vegetarianism as a way of life? What impact has it had on your life?
its a long story but suffice it to say that i had a revelation, and a friend suggested that i try going without meat for a week, and after that week i felt so awesome that i have NEVER gone back 9 years later i hope to never eat meat again, i dont 'preach' about it but i do hope that the world becomes more vegetarian as it would help the world considerably, and if anyone asks me i will tell them....the main reason i dont judge is because i know that at one time i was a meat eater and i know how addictive it can be for some people

What is your favorite Vegetarian food?
i really like Thai and Indian food the best, like somethign with large chunks of fresh tofu or a large green salad, of which i can make an awesome salad

Would you like to share a great (easy) Vegetarian recipe?
my salads are made like this, spinach, carrots, onions (green and red), garlic, raddishes, bell peppers, chilantro, fresh basil, a garnish of lime and topped with olive oil and balsalmic vinegar mmmmmmm
